1st Year orientation program

Orientation is a chance for students to learn how things work at their new college and meet other students as well as faculty and staff members. Orientation is also a chance for the college to start getting to know your student.

New Year Celebration

New Year Festival, any of the social, cultural and religious observances worldwide that celebrate of the New Year. Such festivals are among the oldest and the most universally observed.

Pongal celebration

Pongal the four –day harvest festival celebrated in south India, Especially Tamil Nadu, will be celebrated with great enthusiasm from January with – 17th this year ,celebrated in middle January every year ,it also marks the beginning of uttarayan – sun’s journey towards worth and end of winter season.

Republic Day

On Republic Day, flag hoisting ceremonies and parades by armed forces and college students are held in different parts of the country .The grandest and most important of these parades is held at Rajpath in New Delhi, which showcases a multi –hued image of the country’s rich cultural heritage and military powers.

Independence Day

Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15 August as a national holiday in India commemorating the nations independence from the united kingdom on 15 August 1947, the day when the provisions of the 1947 Indian Independence Act ,which transferred legislative sovereignty to the Indian constituent Assembly ,Came into effect.

Republic Day

World students Day is celebrated every year on October 15. The day is celebrated in honour of the birth Anniversary of the former president of India, Late Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam .Since 2010, the UNO –United National Organisation has marked. October 15 as world students Day in an attempt to acknowledge the efforts of Dr.Kalam toward education and his students. The Current Year’s (2021) them of World Student’s Day is “Learning for People, planet, prosperity and peace.”

National Constitution Day

Constitution Day ,also Known as ‘National Law Day”, is Celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the constitution of India on 26 November 1949 ,the constituent Assembly of India adopted to the constitution of India ,and it came into effect on 26 January 1950 .

Women’s Day

March 8 th marks international Women’s Day –a global celebration dedicated to uplifting women and honouring their achievement but this feel –good day started off as more than a day to celebrate the women in your life-it was born out of socialism protest and a fight for labour rights.

Teachers Day

Teachers Day is a special day for the appreciation of teachers, and may include celebrations to honour them for their special contributions in a particular field area, or the community in general.

Childrens Day

Children’s day is celebrated across India to raise awareness about the rights, education, and welfare of children. It is celebrated on 14 th November every year on the birthday of the first prime minister of India ,pandit Jawaharlal Nehru ,who was Known to have been fond of Children .on this day ,many educational and motivational programs for children are held all over India.

World health Day

It is celebrated annually and each year draws attention to a specific health topic of concern to People all over the world. The Date of 7 th April marks the anniversary of four diary of WHO in 1948.

Diwali is one of India’s biggest festivals .the world “Deepavali means rows of lighted lamps.
